As Founder and Medical Director of Sampson Regen Regenerative Medical Center in Los Angeles, Dr. Sampson is committed to delivering evidence-based, non-surgical care that helps patients recover from injury, relieve pain, optimize performance, and remain active throughout life.

A Diplomate of the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and former Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, Dr. Sampson specializes in advanced biologic treatments for sports injuries, spine conditions, arthritis, and complex musculoskeletal disorders. He cares for everyone from professional athletes and active individuals to patients seeking alternatives to surgery. Patients travel from across the United States and around the world to seek his expertise in complex orthopedic conditions.

Since introducing PRP into orthopedic practice nearly two decades ago, Dr. Sampson’s research, publications, and clinical innovations have helped shape the field and contributed to the global adoption of orthobiologic therapies. He has authored more than 40 peer-reviewed publications and textbook chapters and has delivered invited lectures at leading institutions worldwide, including the United Nations in Geneva, the United States Congress, and Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.

In 2007, Dr. Sampson founded The Orthobiologic Institute (TOBI), one of the world’s premier educational organizations dedicated to regenerative medicine. Now in its 18th year, TOBI has educated thousands of physicians from more than 80 countries through advanced scientific meetings, hands-on cadaver laboratories, and collaborative research, helping establish best practices in regenerative medicine worldwide.
